Floored by 'Naan Kadavul', Rajinikanth called director Bala and Arya to his house and heaped laurels on the movie and their sincere efforts recently.

On Thursday, it was actress Pooja's turn, who played a blind beggar in the movie to have a tete-a-te with 'Super Star' Rajinikanth. Pouring accolades on Pooja for her extra-ordinary performance in 'Naan Kadavul', Rajinikanth said during the meet that she has proved herself to be a talented actress. He also made anxious enquiries about her forthcoming projects.

A thrilled Pooja presented Rajinikanth with a 'holy' shawl, which her father had gifted to her requesting her to present it to a man whom she respects a lot.

She adds: 'I had never met him before this meet and I was wonderstruck. Rajini sir is such a down-to-earth person. He presented me with a picture of Sri Raghavendra and a shawl. He said that he would love to meet my family as well.'
